Schedule & Reschedule Policy:
Your specific days and times for one-on-one coaching sessions will be scheduled after your payment is processed which can take up to 3-4 business days. These days and times then become your regular time slot. If you choose the one-time payment option all of your sessions can be reserved and set after your initial payment is processed. If you choose a monthly payment plan, your sessions can be scheduled and reserved only after each of your payments have been processed.
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, I ask that you make every attempt to give a notice of 48 hours prior to our session together as I will do the same. Please view the cancellation policy for more information regarding refunds.
All sessions are held over Skype or via phone.
Full payment will be required for all sessions that are not canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to our scheduled time together, and/or if the session is missed altogether. In cases of unforeseen circumstances and emergencies, exceptions to this policy can be made.
One-on-one Coaching Packages & Services: If at any time you feel like our coaching partnership is no longer serving you, you may cancel and be reimbursed for any sessions that have not yet been completed. All refund requests must be made no later than 30 days past the end of your contract date to be considered valid.
We will process all valid refund requests as soon as we can, but please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be sent or to appear in your Paypal account or received as a reimbursement through Freshbooks. Any sessions that have already been completed will not be refunded and any funds for sessions missed or not properly canceled/rescheduled will not be refunded. All payments for ClaimItLiveIt.com products and services are made through Paypal or invoiced through Freshbooks. From your Paypal account, you can choose to use Paypal funds, your bank account, or any major credit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account for most purchases. When paying through Freshbooks you may pay by credit card.
When purchasing products or services on a payment plan, a Paypal account or an auto-payment through Fresthbooks is required. The funds will be removed from your Paypal account or through the account that you set up for payment through your Freshbooks Invoice on the same day of the month that you made your original purchase (5th of May, 5th of June, 5th of July, etc).
To manage your payments through Paypal — including what account you use — you can do so from within your Paypal account so there is no need to call us. To manage your payments through Freshbooks please contact us directly.
Payment must be received and processed 72 hours before any sessions will be scheduled.
