Payment Policy & Guarantees


All details of our professional relationship are regarded highly confidential. In addition:  any business strategy or concepts that manifest from discussing a business that you may have will be regarded as intellectual property strictly belonging to you and your company.

Easy 30- Day Money Back Guarantee:

Within your first 30 days of coaching or healing services you are entitiled to an easy 30-Day Money Back Guarentee.  During this first 30 days if you are not satisfied in any way with the service you may request a refund of the total amount paid.  All refund requests must be made no later than 30 days past the end of your contract date to be considered valid.

We will process all valid refund requests as soon as we can, but please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear back in your account.  Any sessions that have already been completed will not be refunded and any funds for sessions missed or not properly canceled/rescheduled will not be refunded.  For more information please view the cancellation policy below.

Contracts & Payment:

All new customers are entitled to our Easy 30-day Money Back Guarantee.  All packages will be pro-rated for the first month of service.

We require a binding contract for all coaching services.  Coaching packages are payable with a one-time payment, or billed on a monthly basis with your choice of a 6-month or 12-month auto-pay contract.  If at any time you are unsatisfied, you can cancel your service however you will be responsible for paying the remaining fees associated with your 6 or 12-month agreement (after the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee window has passed).  

All payments for products and services are invoiced through Freshbooks or set-up directly with Paypal. Freshbooks will give you the option to pay with your credit card or with your Paypal account.  From your Paypal account, you can choose to use Paypal funds, your bank account, or any major credit card.  When paying by credit card with Freshbooks, you do not need to have a Paypal account.

When purchasing products or services on a payment plan, a Paypal account or choosing the auto-payment feature through Freshbooks is required. The funds will be removed from your Paypal or credit card account on the same day of the month that you made your original purchase (5th of May, 5th of June, 5th of July, etc).  On Paypal you can manage your payments — including what account you use — right from within your Paypal account so there is no need to call us. However, if the date needs changed for credit card purchases through Freshbooks you can contact us.

Payment must be received and processed 72 hours before any sessions will be scheduled.

Schedule & Reschedule Policy:

Your specific days and times for one-on-one coaching sessions will be scheduled within 3-4 business days after your payment is processed. These days and times then become your regular time slot.  If you choose the one-time payment option all of your sessions will be reserved and set after your initial payment is processed.  If you choose a monthly payment plan, your sessions will be scheduled and reserved only after each of your payments have been processed.

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as you possibly can.  Please view the cancellation policy for more information regarding refunds.

All sessions are held over Skype or via phone.  It is your responsibility to contact Amanda for each session at your established appointment time.  

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment will be required for all sessions that are not canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to our scheduled time together, and/or if the session is missed altogether. In cases of unforeseen circumstances and emergencies, exceptions to this policy can be made.
